We currently have an opening for a Diesel Technician to join our team! The pay range will be negotiated based on experience and market rate. You will work on Ford, G/M and Dodge light to medium Diesel trucks. You will trouble shoot, diagnose, repair and service Diesel pickup trucks. It is essential that we get trucks repaired and serviced quickly and thoroughly, as the majority of our clients depend on their trucks for their livelihood.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair light to medium Diesel trucks
• Perform routine vehicle services and maintenance
• Perform routine multi-point inspections on trucks
• Provide labor and time estimates for Diesel repairs
• Submit recommended repairs to service advisor and help with ordering parts
• Perform daily check out
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Keep shop clean and organized

Qualifications:

• 3 – 10 years of experience as a Diesel Technician
• Must willing to become ASE certified progressing to an ASE Master Tech
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting skills
• Must have excellent electrical systems diagnostic skills
• Must be able to perform major mechanical repairs
• A/C testing and repairs
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Requires tools and a toolbox
• Must have current drivers license and a clean driving record
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be neat and clean in appearance
